100 % Natural

Sustainability & Quality

We take pride in cultivating the finest coconut trees, whose by-products are expertly processed into coir peat and husk chips. These sustainable materials play a crucial role in soil regeneration, enhancing its quality and fertility. Our commitment is to deliver these renewable and natural products to clients around the globe, supporting environmentally friendly practices and promoting sustainable agriculture.

Crushing

  • The Coir beater machine beats the raw coconut husks to extract the fibre.

Peat Extraction

  • Separate the fibrous material from the coir pith using a combination of mechanical and hydraulic methods. This step may involve soaking the crushed material in water to loosen the fibers and facilitate extraction.

Screening

  • Utilize vibrating screens or sieves to separate finer particles from larger ones. This step helps in achieving a consistent texture in the final product.

Ageing

  • Enhance the quality of coir products by allowing natural decomposition.
  • Spread out the extracted coir peat in a controlled environment for a specified period (usually several weeks). This process allows beneficial microorganisms to break down organic matter, improving nutrient content and reducing pathogens.

Washing and Buffering

  • Cleanse the coir products of any remaining contaminants and adjust pH levels.
  • Rinse the aged coir with fresh water to remove salts and other impurities. Buffering agents may be added to stabilize pH levels, ensuring that the final product is suitable for agricultural use.

Drying

  • Reduce moisture content to prevent spoilage during storage and transport.
  • Employ drying techniques such as sun drying or using industrial dryers that maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels. The target moisture content should typically be below 15%.

Compressing

  • Pack coir products into compact bales for efficient shipping.
  • Use hydraulic balers to compress dried coir into bales of standardized sizes (e.g., blocks or bricks). This step maximizes space efficiency during transportation.

Quality Checks

  • Ensure that all products meet industry standards before export.
  • Implement rigorous testing protocols, including visual inspections, moisture content analysis, pH testing, and checking for contaminants like heavy metals or pathogens.

Packing of Products

  • Securely package products for shipment while maintaining quality.
  • Use durable packaging materials (e.g., plastic wrap, burlap sacks) that protect against moisture and physical damage during transit. Clearly label each package with product information, weight, and destination details.
