We have coir fibre mill, coir fibre bale press unit, office and well established concrete floor in unit I.  This unit mainly concentrates on the production of coir fibre and coir pith.  The produced coir fibre is sent to coir fibre bale press unit to manufacture 120 kg coir fibre bale.  The extracted coco pith from coir fibre unit is sent to Unit II for manufacturing growbags and 5kg pith blocks.

This unit is DTPC approved building and has well established drying yard, bunkers for soaking and drying of coir pith.  This unit has 5 kg pith block machine and growbag machine to produce high EC and low EC 5kg pithblocks and growbags.
